When purchasing jewellery from DDazzle Diamonds, you can rest assured that you are getting the true value for your money. We provide personalized services as we intend to build a legacy of quality & trust with our customers. We only deal in certified & best quality diamonds & jewellery.
If the product is not as per your expectation or if you require any size change, you can ask for a full refund or get it exchanged as per our special Easy Returns and Exchange policy. If there is an issue with the size, the shipping for resizing will be free. You may have to pay any incremental costs (if any) for the resized ring. If the resized ring costs less, the differential amount will be refunded to you within the next 3-5 working days.
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases from our stores, within India. You can return the product along with the original product certificate for buy-back or exchange it at the current market value, deducting only the making charges and shipping charges.
We offer free delivery/shipping for all orders within India. The delivery date depends on the product/s selected as well as the shipping address. We also have several products under the Instant Shipping section. These are fully complete ready-to-go products and will be delivered to your address within 7 business days. DDazzle Diamonds has no reference to the outer packaging of the parcel.
All the items are securely packaged in durable, tamper-proof packing and fully insured against loss, damage or theft during transit. We exclusively work with reputed and established courier services to ensure the safety of your purchase. Make sure you do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
Yes. In case you lose your certificate, we can create a duplicate Jewellery certificate for you for a nominal charge (depending on diamond). The certificate will have “copy/duplicate” written across as a watermark.
No. Currently, we only deliver jewellery within India.
If there is any defect to the product within 30 days from your original shipping date, we will exchange it free of charge or if you so choose, we will refund the full cost of the product excluding shipping charges.
